Through St. Vincent's House case management services, resources are managed to ensure a collaborative process that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the options and services required to meet the client's health and human service needs.

Emergency Assistance

The Emergency Assistance service helps individuals and families meet unexpected financial crisis. The service is designed to provide short-term emergency financial assistance that can be used to obtain certain items or services needed to eliminate an emergency or crisis.

Transportation Services

St. Vincent's House provides transportation services to the Galveston Community, ensuring Galveston residents have the ability to access important human assistance agencies. If you need assistance, please call and schedule a ride.

St. Vincent's House Social Services

SVH's Case Management Program provides the following services to help clients

meet unplanned emergencies, while helping clients on their journey to self-sufficiency.

Emergency Aid

Emergency assistance with rent, utilities, medicine and other emergency needs.

Food pantry

Food items and personal hygiene items for individuals and/or families.

Snack Packs

Daily availability of healthy food items and fresh water for our homeless friends.

Meals on Wheels

Meals delivered to those who are in need of assistance.

Financial Literacy

Teaching techniques on how to make, manage, and expend money.

Transportation

Transportation provided to grocery store, bank, doctor appointment and more. Call to reserve a time and date,
