Case management

Through St. Vincent's House case management services, resources are managed to ensure a collaborative process that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the options and services required to meet the client's health and human service needs.

Emergency Assistance

The Emergency Assistance service is used to assist individuals and families in meeting a financial crisis when they are without available resources. The service is designed to provide short-term emergency financial assistance that can be used to obtain certain items or services needed to eliminate an emergency or crisis.

Transportation Services

St. Vincent's House provides transportation services to the Galveston Community, ensuring Galveston residents have the ability to access important human assistance agencies. If you need assistance, please call and schedule a ride.

St. Vincent's House Social Services

SVH's Case Management Program provides the following services to help clients meet unplanned emergencies, as well as to help clients on their journey to self-sufficiency.

Emergency Aid

Rent, utilities, and other emergency assistance.

Food pantry

Food items for preparation for individuals and/or families.

Snack Packs

Daily availability of healthy food items and fresh water.

Showers & Laundry

Facilities for showering and laundry assistance .

The Great Clothes Out

Monthly distribution of clothing for the entire family.

Meals on Wheels

Meals delivered to those who are in need of assistance.

Financial Literacy

Course on how to make, manage, and expend money.

Transportation

On-demand services provided to those who are in need.
